How many doctors does your practice have?

We currently have 4 doctors here at Lindley Village Surgery.

What is eConsult?

eConsult is a digital triage platform that allows patients to make medical or administrative requests to their NHS GP practice. By collecting patient information eConsult enables the practice to make safe and effective decisions on the right care for each patient. eConsult allows you to seek self-help information from the NHS, through your GP practice or surgery website. Services include self-help information, advice or help from local services which may be appropriate for your condition, such as self-referral services or help from your local pharmacy.

Do you offer telephone appointments?

Yes we offer telephone appointments and face to face appointments. If you'd like to book an appointment simply click here to be taken to our appointments page.

How long are appointments?

Appointments are usually around 10 minutes long.

What should I do if I can't make an appointment?

If you can't make an appointment please contact the surgery as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to other patients.

Why do the reception staff ask me why I need an appointment?

We want to ensure that you are dealt with in the quickest and most appropriate manner.  In order to do this, we must effectively manage our available appointments. Our reception staff are trained to ask questions to make sure that you get the best service possible by accessing the correct person or service relevant to your needs.  Often, your problem can be dealt with without the need for you to visit the surgery.

Do you have parking on site?

Yes we have parking on site, however parking spaces are unfortunately very limited so please arrive in plenty of time to make sure you can secure a parking spot.

Is your practice disability friendly?

Yes! Our practice has recently been renovated to accommodate everyone this includes a disability friendly entrance. If you need assistance when visiting the practice please contact our reception team and we will be happy to help you on arrival.
